99’er Home Computer Magazine was a U.S.-based publication dedicated to users of the Texas Instruments TI-99/4 and TI-99/4A home computers. Launched in the early 1980s, the magazine served as a key resource for TI enthusiasts during the peak of the platform’s popularity. Each issue featured a mix of programming tutorials, hardware reviews, type-in BASIC programs, educational software evaluations, and community news. It played an essential role in cultivating a user base around a system that, while technologically advanced for its time—with a 16-bit processor—struggled to gain market share against more aggressively priced competitors.
